How It Works:
First, schedule your appointment through our booking site. Book a convenient
time for our mobile DNA testing service to come to you.
A deposit is due at the time booking.
Quick and Painless Sample Collection:
Our experienced team ensures a painless and straightforward DNA sample collection process at the location of your choice. Depending on the area,
the DNA collector has the right and may suggest an alternative local public location.
Get Your DNA Results:
You will have access to your results within the specified timeframe via the email address provided. DNA Results are ONLY provided to the party who ordered the DNA test.

Refunds & Cancellations:
Refunds from LYFE DNA Testing Lab LLC, are subject to our discretion and may include administrative and handling fees. Partial payments and deposits are 100% non-refundable.
If a full payment is made and the appointment is later cancelled, a $25 cancellation fee will apply for post-natel birth DNA testing, and a $200 non-refundable cancellation fee applies for non-invasive prenatal testing.
Absolutely, no refunds will be issued once services are completed or if your DNA kit or supplies have been shipped.
Cancellations made 48 hours after payment are not eligible for refund. If LYFE DNA Testing Lab requires a sample recollection and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. Test can only be rescheduled.
All DNA testing services provided by LYFE DNA Testing Lab, have estimated completion times that are discussed at the time of testing. while results often finish earlier than expected, they may occasionally exceed the estimated timeline. Once testing is initiated, refunds will not be issued.
